Registration for Classes

• Students may register through the studio website or booking link provided.

• Registration closes hour before class start time.

General Studio Policies

• Please arrive at least 10 -15 minutes before class. to allow time for check-in and settling in.

• Late arrivals may not be permitted after class begins.

• Phones must be on silent mode during class.

• Respect the studio space and other students.

• All participants must complete a liability waiver and media consent form prior to participation.

Refund Policy

• Classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.

• Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons with documentation.

• Refunds are NOT granted for missed or unused classes.

Fees & Payment Policies

• Payments must be made at the time of registration or membership purchase.

• Accepted forms of payment: credit/debit card, electronic payment, or cash (if in-person).

• A late payment fee of $15 applies for declined auto-drafts or overdue balances.

• Class fees vary by membership, package, or drop-in rate as listed on the studio website.

• Sales, promotions, or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a class credit.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a class used.

• This policy also applies to class packages and memberships.

• If a class is canceled by the instructor or studio, students will be issued a full class credit.

Membership Cancellation Policy

• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any membership.

• Memberships remain active during the 30-day notice period.

• Auto-drafts will continue until the notice period ends.

Class Package Usage & Expiration

• 4-Class Packages: Valid for 60 days from the purchase date.

• 8-Class Packages: Valid for 90 days from the purchase date.

• Unused classes cannot be transferred or refunded after expiration.

• Divine Unlimited Membership : No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in temporary booking restrictions.
