Yin Yoga

(beginner-friendly)


A slow, grounding practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body.

This class invites you to surrender, soften, and stretch through long-held poses that promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Perfect for calming the nervous system, improving flexibility, and creating space — both physically and mentally.

Vinyasa

Level: All levels


A dynamic and fluid practice where movement is linked with breath. Vinyasa yoga helps build strength, improve balance, and energize the body while creating a moving meditation. Each class flows from one pose to the next, offering modifications so that everyone can move at their own pace.

Hatha

Level: Beginner to Intermediate


A foundational style that focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and holding postures with intention. Hatha Yoga is slower-paced than Vinyasa and great for those new to yoga or anyone looking to build strength, stability, and mental clarity through mindful movement.
